I usually try to have healthy routines and according to me I manage to do everything that I propose, therefore I consider that everything I do for my state and health of the body as well as mental are well developed, I always start my day with a glass of water. I get up between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m., except on Sundays when I usually sleep until 9 or 10 a.m. I exercise at home to wake up healthy, once I finish I hydrate myself and then I take a shower, brush my teeth, get dressed, dry my hair and comb it, after breakfast I usually have oatmeal with scrambled eggs and one or 2 toasts, then brush my teeth again and I am ready to go to school or just stay at home to receive my virtual classes, that being the case I am connected until 12 and 15 pm then I have a grilled breast with tomato salad and lettuce and water with with lemon, then I get ready to go to the gym at 2:30 a.m. until 3 or 4 o'clock later I see some friends or I go home and eat a protein with water and send all the work and tasks that I have pending, then I stay on my cell phone for a while and I do my whole night routine, washing my face and brushing my teeth when I'm ready to sleep it's about 11:30 and that's how I end any day of my week

  3. This is my routine: I'm not a very healthy person but I do my best to be able to be.
    I usually wake up at 9:00. I usually eat for breakfast hot cakes with honey, cereal with milk and sometimes to make this breakfast a little healthier I accompany it with orange juice and fruit. Four times at week I do exercise for 30 minutes. I always take a shower. I always have a lunch at 2:00 and I usually eat for lunch soups or sometimes I eat for lunch rice with french fries, meat, salad, ripe banana and soft drink. I always do my homework at 3:00 and when I finish I listen to music to relax my mind. I sually when I have time I do some sport like karate or skating. I usually have dinner at 7:00 and I usually eat soups or when it's weekend I eat fast food. I always brush my teeth three times at week. I always wash my face either with soap and water or with rice water because I have quite a few problems with acne and then I made myself some face creams. I usually go to bed at 10:00 or when is weekend I go to bed at 11 or 12.

    I feel that they should eat a little healthier and try to do a little more sport and make it earlier.

  4. I always wake up at 9:30 and have breakfast at 9:45 sometimes at breakfast as arepa with cheese and chocolate or at other times as cereals. At 10:30 I exercise and then at 11:15 about mid-morning which is juice with cookies. At 1:30 I eat what my mom does and other times I do lunch, but I never eat meat because I don't like it. After lunch I go to the field with my brother and come home at 3:30 to eat something which is chips with juice. Then I play video games and at 6:00 I get ready to go to soccer training, at 7:00 I go to training and at 7:30 I am in training until 9:30 I go back home and at 10:00 I am eating and after lunch I have to wash the dishes and after that I sleep at 11:30 and never eat fruits why I do not like

    My routine is
    I get up at 6 am, I shower at 6.30, breakfast, my favorite breakfast is arepa cookis with chocolate and cheese, I go to school, every day I tidy the house,I have lunch, my favorite lunch is pizza, every week I exercise , twice a month I see my best friend, wath tv, I have time with my brother, I listen to music,my favorite music is reggaeton and pop, at the time I play basketball,I play chess, I read books, I have dinner, I sleep 10 pm.

  6. Hello, i am Sara Torres and will speak about my daily routine.

    Every day i wake up at 4 am. First i have a shower and i dressed, then i have breakfast sandwich with coffee and green apple, then i brush my teeth and i go to the school at 6 o´clock, at 10.30 am i eat a fruit. I get out at 12.15 and go to house. At 2:30 pm i luch soup, rice, meat and juice, i read a book or a magazine. Then take a little bit nap and when i wake up then i do all my homeworks and talk with my mom about her day, then i like dance 30 minutes like a type of exercise. At 7 o´clock i have dinner with my mom and i help her clean the dishes, twice a week i like watch tv or a movie and check my phone and aks all the mensages that i have, then i like do a prayer for sleep me at 10. pm o´clock.

    My daily routine starts at 4:30 am three times a week. I wake up and do some stretches.After I take a shower, and usually I eat a healthy breakfast with my mother. When I am ready, I go to school at 6:00 am. In the school I have a break once and ever I eat fruit. I finish the school at noon day, after I go to my aunt’s house and every day, we have lunch together. I always do my homework and sometimes I have class with the Sena at the 2:00 pm, at the 4:00 pm I Take a healthy snack usually is fruits with oatmeal and I do exercise four times a week, I meditate twice a day because I’m very stressed every time and this helps me to be quieter. At 6:00 pm in the evening I watch Tv and talk with my friends about our day, and every day I take a dinner with my aunt, and when my mother come to home, I do her dinner because she is very tired, we watch Tv together and before I do more homework, once a day my mother does pediasure for me. At the 8:00 pm I brush my teeth , put my pyjama and read for 15 minutes and to finish I clean very good my face, pray and go to bed at 9:00 pm for sleep 8 hours.
    I suggest to the people that are very organized with her life and the times for don’t stress a lot, because this is very unhealthy for the mental and body health

    First I wake up at 5:00 o’clock because I need to go to school and have a good performance. Also the I have breakfast with fruits and I lither of sugar and chocolate because I need to eat much fruits then I take a shower and I brush my theets with a special toothpaste then I go to school then In the school in the break I do 30 minutes of exercise with abdominal then I listen to music because to have concentration in the class and when I finished the class I have a balanced lunch then I go and watch a program in my cellphone to concentrate then I have different class then I go to my house at 3:00 pm also when I go to house I listen music then when I am in home y go to take a shower because to eliminate any school germs you swallow then I brush my theets. Then I go to play piano for 30 minutes because I have music in my life then I practice typing for 30 minutes because I have to know because my mom is very expert. Then I check if I have homework and then I review everything I saw today and then I make a small table with the new topics that I saw then I go to my unit gym and exercise for an hour and then jog around the unit for 30 minutes. Then I watch my favorite cooking show and then I watch a scary or suspense movie then I have diner with my family and then I read books from my dad's library and then I go to bed at 9:30

    My routine
    I usually get up at 6 am. the first thing I do in the morning is wash my face and brush my teeth. I put on some music and prepare my outfit for today, take a shower, get dressed, put on my make-up and brush my hair, I do it every day. After getting ready, I prepare my breakfast and go to school. my first class is math and starts at 7:30 am all week at 10:15 a.m. I take a break and return home at 12:35 p.m. I usually have lunch at 13:45, twice a week I clean the house, then I relax and read a book. Every day at 16:00 I go out to walk the dog and at 17:00 I do my homework. three times a week I have to prepare dinner for me and my parents, usually at 6:30 pm. after dinner I take off my make-up and shower, put on my pajamas and get ready to continue reading at 12:30 I go to sleep. sometimes I go to bed earlier

    Hello. My name is Danna, and this is my routine on the week. I am not healthy person, but I try to be.
    In the morning, I am the Monday to Friday wake up 4 am, and I'm lazy 10 minutes. I make the bed; I am shower at 4:15 am every day. I am dress around at 4:30 am. I fix my things to study and the things that I leave untidy. my breakfast is around 4:50 am and breakfast is chocolate and cracker.
    I take the bus, the subway and the tram to school. I get to school around 5:40 am.

    my Thursday routine I wake up at 4:30 a.m., I take a shower at 4:35 a.m., I put on makeup from 4:40 a.m. to 4:50 a.m. I have breakfast at 5:00 a.m. and I always have cookies, eggs, bread and chocolate, I comb my hair at 5:10 am, I brush at 5:15, I put on my mask and sometimes my father takes me by car when it rains and by motorcycle when it does not rain, I arrive at school at 6:00, greeting to my friends and classes begin

    always in the first hour I see mathematics from 6:25 a.m. to 7:10 a.m. to 7:10 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. usually the rest is from 9:00 a.m. to 9:35 a.m. to 9:35 a.m. to the fourth and fifth hour I see chemistry from 9:35 a.m. to 11:25 and at the end of the day it is Spanish from 11:25 a.m. to 12:15 p.m

    i usually eat lunch with my friends at 12:18 p.m. and we finish at 1:00 p.m. to get into SENA and ends at 5:00 p.m. sometimes he arrived at my house at 6:00 p.m. or 18:30 p.m.

    this is my routine in 15 days and it's exhausting

    Hello, my name is Sebastian and this daily routine, Always, in the morning , I wake up at 6:00 o´clock, I have breakfast, I take the shower and I get dressed, I brush my teeth and I´m going to the school. Then, in the afternoon I come back from the school, I take the lunch, I take a nap, I do homework and occasionally I play video games and at night I do homework, I play video games, I, have dinner, I check my social media and I´m going to the bed at 10:00 o´clock.
    I consider that my daily routine is a healthy routine ;D. For clean my body and my face i used a particular soap.
    I like so much the sport, i practice basketball, i like it so much because inspired me to be better and this
    is good for my mental health and my self-esteem. i have 1 suggestion for every body that read this text and is... if you are an unhealthy person, try change that, because you body and your mind will be better if you are a healthy person, you can do it, and thanks for read my daily routine.

    i think I am not an intermediate person, neither very healthy nor very unhealthy.
    in the morning i wake up at 10:30 am but i never have a breakfast.
    i take a shower and i dress up before at 11:45 am.
    i always have a lunch at 11:50 am and and when i finish i brush my teeth.
    i go to school before at 12:20 pm.
    its is my every week in the morning but i somentimes the afternoon catches me.
    once a monts, i paint the nails and cut them.
    i study all afternoon :(
    i usually go back to my house at 6:15 pm.
    I do exercise for 2 hours, four times a week
    i think i drink much water because i drink 15 or 20 cups every day
    i watch anime three times a day (I'm seeing one piece)
    i play whit my dog before go to beb once a day
    i rarely eat dinner because I have complexes with my weight and i go to bed at 1 or 2 am

  14. My daily routine starts at 5:00 am five times a week. I wake up and go directly to bathe, usually I have a small but healthy breakfast, after that when I am ready I go to school at 6:00 a.m., at school I start classes at 6:45 and I have a break at nine where I almost always have a piece of fruit for breakfast with a lot of water, since this is very important, I return to class at 9:30, then I have my lunch at 12 where I always have everything provided according to my weight. after that I go back to class.
    School ends at half past two, and I almost always arrive at 3, I get home and rest for a while where I sometimes watch television or talk on the phone, I start doing homework and usually finish at 5:00 almost always, although Sometimes I have very lame chores, after that I get ready for the gym and do an hour and a half of exercise every day, where I'm hydrating all the time, and after that I get home and make my food, which is almost always a salad with some protein, although sometimes it is not always like that.
    After that I finish some things that I have to do, and I help my mother, sometimes, very few I do sumba with her.
    I always try to meditate at night to sleep more quietly and have a better rest, most of the time I try to sleep eight hours, although sometimes I find it very difficult to get to sleep.
    almost always before going to sleep I pray and I go to bed at 10 o'clock to continue with my routine the next day.
